Interbet have a solid and attractive landing page at first glance. The colours, layout and text are all spot on but below the fold it’s a different story. The bottom half of their site is devoid of colours, branding and life. It’s pretty much just text that just does not look pretty at all. It’s shame because with a little work the rest of the page could look as awesome as the initial landing page. Enough about that for, let’s see what engine Interbet have running under the hood.
Markets
The sports or sports betting markets / events page is simply fantastic. It has scores of sports all well laid out and they have pictures. That’s definitely something we have not seen before and it certainly works. Not sure what Bandy is? Just look at the picture and you’ll instantly know. A really good touch from the Interbet design team.
Interbet offers betting across a wide range of sports and lotto that includes badminton, baseball, cricket, boxing, cycling, golf, rugby and more. This enables the user to place bets on sports in which they have personal interest. It also features a range of lotto betting options including SA Lotto, UK 49s, UK Lotto, SA Power Ball and more. So you have a good variety of sports to choose from, it’s not the best but it’s more than enough to keep you occupied.
Customer Service
We gave their customer service a whirl and found them helpful and pretty knowledgeable. There was no long wait on live chat or on the phone and they (Well Rochelle) were able to answer our questions quickly. They are available 24/7, something which many other bookmakers should take note of!
Interbet Mobile
Interbet have a fully fledged and responsive mobile site that is a pleasure to use. Sports bettors can enjoy betting on all their favourite sports, horse racing and lotteries on the Interbet mobile site. The mobile site also have all the lastest Soccer betting pools, such as the popular Soccer 10 and 13, which you can bet on from your mobile device. Unfortunately there is no sign of an Interbet App just yet.
Interbet Promotions
We’re painting a pretty good picture of the brand here but there are a few drawbacks to an otherwise solid product. The main one being a lack of a sign on offer but they do make up for that by having a nice set of weekly promotions.
Between a Thursday and Sunday, they run promotions on Soccer, Lotto or horse racing, depending on which the big event is for the week and these promotions allow account holders to win double or have double their stake returned or even have their stake returned if the team they back doesn’t win by full time.
Not too bad! The promotions vary from week to week and are advertised on the Interbet site as well as through email, sms and on Social media. So you’ll need to be an account holder to get these great offers.
Interbet do have a pretty good loyalty system that they have introduced and we’ll be explaining the Interbet Loyalty program here. You earn Interbet loyalty points by placing bets. Your earned Loyalty Points can be converted into bonuses for you to be used, to bank roll more bets.
Once you start betting, your tier status will automatically update based on your play. The more you bet, the more you earn. Overall Experience
You can’t go wrong at Interbet. The site is solid and a pleasure to use as well as having enough markets to keep you entertained. The prices are fair and they allow tote bets which is nice. However the lack of a sign on bonus does mark them down from excellent to good status. If you aren’t bothered with a Interbet sign on bonus then you’ll have a ball at Interbet as there are also plenty great promotions to go around.
